Tech 1: DRYMATIC™


1.  Multistage Drying Furnace & Modular Design
    • Vertical multistage structure, suitable for installation in limited spaces.
    • Special internal structure prevents the formation of gluconates, reducing processing time by 30%.


2. Electric Thermal Oil Usage
    • Utilizes electric thermal oil with high thermal efficiency (98%), outperforming LPG and diesel.
    • Minimal consumption due to closed-loop circulation within the drying furnace, eliminating the need for       

       continuous supply.
    • Operates on electrical energy, ensuring no emissions of VOCs, NOx, SOx, or other pollutants.


3. Waste Heat Steam Recovery System
    • High-efficiency energy technology addresses energy-intensive equipment issues.
    • Recovered waste heat steam is redirected to the external jacket of the drying furnace, minimizing heat loss.
    • Dust removal technology is applied during waste heat steam recovery.


 

Tech 2: ARTICS™ Maxflow

    • A high-efficiency screen dewatering machine with low power consumption.
    • Separates suspended solids (up to 0.5mm particle diameter) in wastewater using an inclined screen in the first

       stage.
    • The second stage features a screw press to filter particles as small as 0.1mm in diameter.

 

Tech 3: POLARION™


    • Produces odorless, colorless, non-toxic electrolyzed ionized water capable of removing odors regardless of the

       type or concentration of the material.
    • Features customizable design and adjustable pH levels based on user needs and application volume.


 

Tech 4: LAVATRON™


    • Odor removal tower using electrolyzed ionized water generated by POLARION™.
    • Adjustable number of chambers based on the characteristics and intensity of odor-causing substances.
    • Capable of neutralizing all acidic and alkaline odors with a single unit.


 

Tech 5: ConnectingDot


    • A platform for monitoring real-time environmental changes and collecting, analyzing environmental data.
    • Minimizes personnel requirements while strengthening data management foundations, such as pre/post-

       treatment data, water quality, odor, and waste information.
